1. About the Service

iLearnVishwas sells digital, handwritten study notes (PDF format) for school students, covering CBSE-based subjects such as Science and Social Science. Notes are delivered digitally after successful payment — no physical product is shipped.

2. Orders & Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation and your PDF notes via the email address provided at checkout.

3. License to Use Notes

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to download and use the notes for your own study purposes only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the notes with anyone who has not purchased them.
• Upload the notes to any public website, file-sharing platform, or social media group.
• Modify, reproduce, or claim the notes as your own work.

All content remains the intellectual property of iLearnVishwas. Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.

4. Accuracy of Content

We take care to keep our notes accurate, relevant, and well-structured. Our notes are designed as supplementary study material to support learning alongside school textbooks and classroom teaching.

5. Limitation of Liability

iLearnVishwas provides its study materials and website with reasonable care. Any liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Refunds are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
