Refund & Cancellation Policy

iLearnVishwas sells digital study notes (PDF files) that are delivered instantly after payment. Because of the nature of digital products, this policy explains when refunds are and are not available.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Once a PDF is downloaded or delivered to your email, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once the notes have been successfully delivered.

⚠️ Please check the sample preview, chapter list, and class/subject carefully before purchasing, as digital purchases are largely non-refundable once delivered.

2. When a Refund IS Available

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
Payment was deducted from your account but the order was not confirmed and notes were not delivered.
The PDF file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or is the wrong notes/chapter.
A technical error on our website prevented delivery of the notes you paid for.

3. When a Refund is NOT Available

You changed your mind after downloading the notes.
You purchased the wrong class/subject due to not reading the product title carefully.
You no longer need the notes.

4. Cancellations

Since notes are delivered instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful. If you wish to cancel before completing payment, simply close the payment window — no charge will be made.

5. How to Request a Refund

If your case falls under Section 2, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with the following details:

Your registered name and email/phone used at checkout
Razorpay Payment ID / order reference
A short description of the issue (screenshot if possible)

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The exact time to reflect in your bank/UPI account depends on your bank.
